How do I order?

Are the products we sell authentic?

Part of OutOf10's mission is to help people avoid buying counterfeit items, as we are strictly against it; thus we would never sell nor trade anything that is fake.

How long does shipping take?

1. For orders inside Jeddah

• Same day delivery is available if the order is placed anytime before 12:00pm.
• If your order was placed anytime after 12:00pm, it will either be delivered the next day or the same day if it were possible for us.

2. For orders outside Jeddah

• Orders inside the kingdom will take 1-2 days to be processed.
• After processing your order, it will be delivered to your address within 1-2 work days by ARAMEX or DHL.

3. For International Orders

• Orders outside the kingdom will take 1-2 days to be processed.
• After processing your order, it will be delivered to your address within 7-12 work days by DHL.

How much does shipping cost?

1. Delivery fee inside Jeddah costs 25 SR.

2. Shipping fee inside the kingdom costs 25 SR regardless of the order's weight.

3. Shipping rate for international orders will be calculated at checkout depending on the order's weight and size. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final and no returns nor exchanges are accepted unless there was a fault from our side.

"Faults from our side" include:

• the item is defected or damaged
• the item is not as described
