Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final and no returns nor exchanges are accepted unless there was a fault from our side.

"Faults from our side" include:

  • the item is defected or damaged
  • the item is not as described

Am I able to return an item after receiving it?

We will only accept returns on items that are damaged.

"I just got my order but the size didn't fit".

We are doing are best to avoid such instances such as providing the fit in each item's description and providing size charts on some items This ensures that everyone orders the right fit, and for that we are unable to accept any returns for that matter.

However, we will try our very best to exchange sizes if quantities are available. Please contact: sales@outof10.shop to see if your item is eligible for an exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued to orders that are damaged and have no substitute to exchange.

What happens if you run out of stock of an item I’ve already ordered?
In rare cases when an item runs out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll contact you ASAP to exchange the affected item for another item of equal value. We make every effort to ensure inventory is accurate to avoid this happening. Note that if we don’t get a response from you within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund your order in full.
